| 16/05/2012 Participating in the informal CIS summit in Moscow Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych expressed hope that Ukraine and Russia will continue developing mutual relations. In Brussels Ukrainian prime-minister Mykola Azarov stated that the country is ready to overcome all obstacles in relations with the EU. The members of the opposition are sure that the judicial proceedings, concerning ex-prime-minister Yulia Tymoshenko's case are being delayed on purpose. The European Union outlined the number of issues for Ukraine in the report on a new European Neighborhood Policy, which was released to public in Brussels. Former Ukrainian president Viktor Yuschenko hopes that Ukraine will cope with difficulties and continue the integration into the European space. In 2013 the government plans to start the 2nd level of the pension reform, what is pensions' accumulation.
