| Narrow gauge freight train makes an attempt to depart from Kerva and follow its route for several hundred metres to unloading yard. But when the train passed, we saw that an oil smoke rises from the last truck/bogie of the last car: flames of fire went out of bearings. We ran to locomotive and cried to the driver/engineer, the train was stopped and left here for tomorrow. Hopefully, the fire dacayed in itself in several minutes, and the load of peat was untouched by fire. When they opened bearings, it appeared that there was no lubrication oil, but merely heaps of oiled peat :) |
