[日本語字幕] EXO-K - MAMA(마마)

1st mini album "When the skies and the grounds were one legends through there twelve forces nurtured the tree of life. An eye of red forces created the evil which covered the heart of the tree of life and the heart slowly grew dry. To intent an embrace for heart of tree of life, the legends hereby divide the tree in half and hide each side hence time is overturned and space turns askew. The twelve forces divide into two and create two suns that look alike, into two worlds that seem alike. The legends travel apart. The legends shall now see the same sky but shall stand on different grounds, shall stand on the same ground but shall see different skies. The day the grounds beget a single fault before one sky in two worlds that seem alike, the legends will greet each other. The day the red forces purify and twelve forces reunite into one perfect root - a new world shall open up."

[日本語] 敬語って難しいね。 KEIGO IS HARD.

ALL ABOUT KEIGO HERE: Many commenters are confusing DESU/MASU for KEIGO. DESU/MASU is what one must learn when they are learning Japanese for the first time, it is the polite way of speaking, but KEIGO is like, one level above that, where all the verbs change. In DESU/MASU, To Eat would be "Tabemasu" but in KEIGO it's "Meshiagarimasu". "To See" - Mimasu - "Haikenshimasu/Goranninarimasu" It is used to show maximum "politeness" and respect. These days, most people don't need it unless they're in a business situation. www.facebook.com www.twitter.com ciaela.wordpress.com Japanese language changes depending on the relationship between the speaker and the listener. While it is common in everyday life to use a combination of formal and informal Japanese, Keigo (敬語) is the most formal way of speaking the Japanese language, and although many may not use it in their daily life, it is very important to know how to speak keigo in business, or when you are in a situation where you must show absolute upmost respect to the listener. In my experience, I listen to keigo a lot more than I use it, I'm getting better at understanding it, but it wasn't always this way. Still, I am not confident enough to speak it, or even teach it, so I'll leave that to the commenters, if they will be so kind as to teach us a few phrases we can use. 8) 敬語は、日本語の勉強の中で私にとって一番難しいなのです。そうですよ、漢字よりも。今頃、聞くのに慣れても、話すことには全然自信ないです。コメントで、一番 ...

[日本語のブログ] Japanese Textbooks I use! Eng Sub

My Facebook Page: www.facebook.com Right now I'm mainly using the "Minna no Nihongo" beginning 2 series~ I find it to be very well-rounded. The topic + grammatical points tie in well with the vocab in each lesson~ It's a bit "business oriented"... But if you go through every lesson thoroughly, it all comes together nicely to enable you to have a rudimentary grasp of Japanese by the end of the beginning 1 series of books~! (I used beginning 1 for my first year of Japanese at Uni~) I think it's alright to use even if you are self-studying~! =D Personally I love collecting things, and language textbooks or language related guides/books are some of the things I love to buy~ hehe~ After this I may make a video on other supplementary resources I use too~! (Sorry my voice was a bit off again - as you all know by now, I constantly get colds etc~ T^T;;;) Please LIKE, comment, and Subscribe~~! THANKS! Twitter: chocoNIKKI

Siri is the intelligent personal assistant that helps you get things done just by asking. It allows you to use your voice to send messages, schedule meetings, place phone calls, and more. But Siri isn't like traditional voice recognition software that requires you to remember keywords and speak specific commands. Siri understands your natural speech, and it asks you questions if it needs more information to complete a task. -- Apple.com ### Language Support and Availability Siri works exclusively on iPhone 4S. 日本語が上手な外国人にインタビュー 1 of 12

I am taking Japanese classes and my teacher showed us these video clips from some Japanese variety tv show; they basically randomly ask fluent foreigners questions about their experience in Japan. Unfortunately I didn't take notes what they are saying and when so I cannot translate, although if anyone is interested in doing so send me a message and I'll upload your translation. Update: Yay! jagiraffy was kind enough to translate. narrator:First, "I like this of Japan". 0:03 reporter:Which country are you from? woman:I am a Ukrainian. reporter:Why are you in Japan? woman:I like Japanese culture, especially the old days... For example, I love Takeda Shingen so much. reporter:What of Takeda Shingen do you like? woman:I like the point he is strong. He is strong spiritually. reporter:Takeda Shingen is famous for Furinkazan. woman:yes, he is. So I have a towel of it(the word is printed). I use it in my kitchen. 0:33 reporter:Where are you from? woman:I am a Slovak. reporter:How about Japanese men. woman:Men? They are Kakkoii(cool or Handsome). reporter:Which point of them? woman:They have a good figure. Japanese men often wear Majime(formal) clothes, don't they? I think it Kakkoii. reporter:What do you mean with Majime clothes, for example? *Camera moves* woman:It seems like Majime. reporter:How do you think about it. woman:They wear the suits for business on a daily basis. I like it. 1:09 reporter:Where are you from? man:Canada. reporter:Have you bought anything? man:Yes ...
