Puhui Super Kada 862D++ Failure Preheat and Hot Breeze Gun Infrared Soldering Station

After 4 months of using this soldering workstation the preheat ceramic base has stopped functioning. The hot breeze gun has never worked as intended as the adjustment for fan control only allows adjustment for the higher settings. This video is a request from the manufacturer after I contacted their support department.
