But I'm back with a no bake recipe for Ambrosia Pie -- a fun, tasty throwback sort of recipe. It's everything you would want in an ambrosia salad, but in a buttery pastry crust. Try this out! It's fast and easy to prepare ahead of time! I used canned fruit, but feel free to use fresh fruit and etc. :D METRIC 227g Cream Cheese 40g Lemon Juice 5g Vanilla Extract 200g Icing/Powder Sugar 250g Cream (Whipped) 8g/1 packet Gelatin (dissolved in 50g boiling water) 80g Shredded Coconut 100g Marshmallows 247g Mandarin Oranges (2 large cans, drained) 1 Pre-baked Pie Crust EMPIRICAL 8 oz Packet Cream Cheese 3 large tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Icing/Powder Sugar 1 cup Cream (Whipped) 1 packet Gelatin (dissolved in 4tbsp boiling water) 1 cup Shredded Coconut 1 cup Marshmallows 2 large cans, drained Mandarin Oranges 1 Pre-baked Pie Crust DECORATIONS/GARNISH Pineapple Extra Shredded Coconut Whipped Cream (Enough to Cover the Top) Maraschino Cherries Nuts NOTE: If you don't want to do an Ambrosia Pie, just use the base ingredients and change the fruits.
