Juicy upgrades include a richer, deeper neck tint for a more elegant and expensive appearance; glossed neck front for improved looks with satin back for smooth playability; and bent steel Fender saddles with classic look and great tone. String spacing is narrowed for modern playability, saddle height screws are resized to reduce rough feel, and string slot on saddle is elongated to reduce string friction or breakage. The Copper Infused Cast Strat Bridge Block (steel with copper - 100% metal) provides increased mass and improved tone. This Strat features the original headstock shape but has staggered machine heads losing one string tree and improving string angle over the nut. Custom staggered pickup magnets improve string-to-string balance and give the G-string better tone. Cosmetics include parchment/black/parchment pickguard and parchment pickup covers, knobs, and tips.

Fender Limited Edition Nitro American Standard Strat

This Fender FSR American Standard Strat is part of the 2010 "Ebony and Ivory" run, limited to 150 of each color, with distinctive features like a nitro cellulose finish, matching headstocks, vintage modified trems, and tinted necks with hand-rolled edges. Three Alnico Five single-coil American Stratocaster pickups deliver that classic sonic signature from the Fender FSR American Standard Strat, in conjunction with 5-way switching and a No-Load Delta-Tone system for the middle and bridge positions. Tuning stability and sustain are excellent thanks to the 2-point trem, bent steel saddles, and staggered tuning machines. Fender achieves a very comfortable, broken-in feel on the Fender FSR American Standard Strat by adding a satin-finish neck and 9.5" radius buffed fingerboard with hand-rolled edges.

New Fender American Standard Stratocaster

Brand new out of the box. The playing is crap...but it's morning and I haven't warmed up...so forget the bad timing, bad notes...and try to listen to the tone haha. I tried to get all the pickups positions in clean and higher gain. Definitely needs some Big Bends Nut Sauce, as it was pinging every time I used the tremolo
