| A Compilation showing over 30 of the best effects I have created with Adobe After Effects. I've had the software for around a year and half now, so I hope you can see the improvement between now, and when I started. As always, I enjoy creating these videos and there will be more to come in the future, so stay tuned! About Me: I created my first video back in 2009 when I was 13 years old. It was a stop-motion animation which I created with an application on my iPhone. After that I advanced and a couple of months later, I had my first real piece of editing software, Sony Vegas. From there, with the help of many tutorials (which I found on YouTube), I started to create my own FX and 'short films'. Soon after, I purchased, with the help of birthday money, a HD camera which pushed the quality of my videos up further. After over a year of using Sony Vegas to create my videos, I started experimenting with Adobe After Effects. However, I found that my computer couldn't handle the sheer amount of processing power that the software required and I couldn't progress with it, so I continued with Sony Vegas. A couple of months after trying After Effects for the first time, in August of 2010, with the aid of my parents (as an early Christmas present as well as my 16th birthday present and GCSE results) I got an iMac as well as the Production Premium Package from Adobe.
