Auto-Land Boeing 737-800

Foggy conditions @ LTN/EGGW needing a CAT III Auto Land. Even though the captain (left side) has control at the end - the autopilot disconnects (3 loud noises on landing) and captain activates reversers and stops the aircraft. First Officer flew the approach - I occupied the jumpseat for landing.

Boeing 747 KLM CATIIIB Autoland at Schiphol, from Paramaribo

Coming from a hot tropical Surinam, landing back in a snowy and misty cold Holland, landing on the 'Zwanenburgbaan' R36C, CATIIIB automatic landing. Watch the mist and snow!! At 500' you can see the 'Kaagbaan' R06 and P30 for Schiphol Staff (on the right side). During rollout, check out the jet blast of thrust reverser ENG4! ENJOY!

Airbus A320 CAT 3 autoland approach and landing at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

This is an actual Airbus A320 CAT III autoland approach and landing at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, runway 26L. The weather was "slightly better" than announced in the ATIS. Visibility 700m, cloudbase around 150 feet. Now figure flying at the lowest minimum of 75m RVR (runway visual range) which translates to approximately 30-40meters visibility and decision height ZERO, which means You decide after mainwheel touchdown by seeing one or two centerline lights if you are going to land. Quick decision recommended. The video insert of the PFD (primary flight display) was made during a simulator session a few days later.
