| بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Mocking anything legislated in islaam is an act of kufr, apostasy, and one doing it becomes a kaafir (disbeliever / non-muslim) be sure about it. This is a general principale, a person might have impediments (like ignorance) making the judgement of Kufr not fall on him, Allaahu a'lam, but still all muslims should be aware of this major issue. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "If you ask them (about this), they declare: 'We were only talking idly and joking.' Say: 'Was it at Allaah, and His Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger that you were mocking?' Make no excuse; you disbelieved after you had believed..." [al-Tawbah 9:65-66] This aayah clearly states that those who mock Allaah, His Signs or His Messenger are kaafirs, regardless of whether they regard that as being permissible or not.
