I love to do a "spa night" at my home every week or so, and the "at-home" facial is part if my routine. Here is what you need: 1. Mild Cleanser 2. Exfoliant- with both chemical and physical exfoliants (Granules and a acid or enzyme) 3. Clay or Deep Pore Cleansing Mask 4. Hydrating or Antioxidant Rich Mask 5. Serum- with hyaluronic acid 6. Moisturizer 7. Avocado Pit or Facial Massager Here is what you do: 1. Cleanse 2x- Cleanse your skin for 30 seconds to a minute. If you have access to the Clarisonic, be sure to use that. Once you have finished your first cleanse, you can cleanse again for 15 seconds. note: If you have access to a face steamer (available and most local drugstores), steam your face after cleansing for 2 minutes. 2.
