| Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson has filed a lawsuit to get animal waste classified as hazardous material. The purpose is ostensibly to deal with water pollution caused by runoff from poultry farms, but the lawsuit is opposed by the executive director and most of the members of the Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission, and by 42 state attorneys general. The real purpose may be to line the pockets of Edmondson's trial attorney friends, who profited mightily on his tobacco litigation. This video features interviews with Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and Rick Stubblefield of the Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission. |
