My daughter passed in less than 24 hours from an unknown heart defect. She lived for 4 months in the NICU. Born 12 weeks early only weighing 13 ounces. In memoriam of Layla Whitelaw who was born still. I created this video as a way to help me grieve and heal over the loss of my daughter. I found it very therapeutic in my recovery. Update: I received my autopsy results. I found out that Layla went into fetal distress before I went into labour. She had a lot of meconium in her lungs and tummy. In memory of Jack Hagelin Sept. 04, '02 - Mar. 27, '07 * I posted this video June 03, '06 after he was discharged from the transplant unit. Jack Passed away peacefully surrounded with Love at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, from complications from pneumonia and after a 4 and ½ year battle, a diagnosis of NEMO Primary Immune Deficiency and Ectodermal Displasia, two rare genetic disorders. His treatment included a Stem Cell Bone Marrow transplant. In his short 4 and ½ years he helped science gain more knowledge for this rare genetic condition and through this knowledge to help other children with this same condition.
