Infected Industrial Piercing

(3:20 mark) *most importantly* The doctors clearly stated that the PIERCER injected the bacteria. There was nothing I could have done to prevent it or clean it. It would have spread to my brain and killed me (a very potent strand of bacteria) whether I had left the bar in or taken it out. LUCKILY i took the bar out (thus the huge bubble formed), otherwise I wouldn't have even gone to the hospital, thinking it was just "normal piercing swelling and pain"... then it would have spread to my brain "silently" and killed me with NO warning sign. you shouldnt ever take jewelry out of a healing piercing, but in my case, I was very lucky i did, otherwise i would be dead right now. -yes, i cleaned it, twice a day with hot water sea salt soaks (about 10 minutes each) and once in the shower with an antimicrobial soap purchased from the piercer (brand: Satin) -i never used alcohol or any other harsh chemical type to clean it with- thats a no no - quote from the doctors and plastic surgeons from the ...

STAPH INFECTION BEING POPPED

BECAUSE NONE OF YOU ACTUALLY LISTEN TO WHAT IS BEING SAID IN THE VIDEO. THIS GIRL WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR IT, AND THEY POKED IT AND DRAINED IT SOME AND THAN TOLD HER TO DRAIN IT AT HOME, THE DID NOT LANCE IT NOR DID THEY STUFF IT WITH GAUSE WHICH I WAS REALLY EXPECTING. IT IS CLEARLY STATED IN THE VIDEO, WOW, THEY JUST POKED IT, THEY REALLY SHOULD HAVE LANCED THIS AND DRAINED IT. NOT MY FAULT. I AM JUST THE CAMERA PERSON SO CALM THE FUCK DOWN. SHE COMPLETELY HEALED WITH IN A MONTH OF THIS WITH OUT HAVING TO BE "RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL AGAIN", OBVIOUSLY IF SOMETHING SERIOUS HAPPENED, i WOULD HAVE UPDATED YOU ON IT. THERE IS NOTHING LAMER THAN SPENDING YOUR TIME TALKING SHIT ON YOUTUBE VIDEOS. Stop trying to offer me your "medical opinion" because most likely, your just some fool looking up pus videos at home, with no medical training what so ever.

The Knee Infection (beware: quite disgusting)

Hey, so the simplified story goes: We were white water rafting in Northern Thailand and I banged my knee on a rock (through the boat) and then continued the day because I had no pain; but 4 days later I started to have alot of pain and inflammation. I went to the hospital and was mis-diagnosed (Bursitis) and the condition worsened, so I went to another hospital and was told about the bad infection....they started surgery (hence the gauge out of my knee). Before this surgery there was no mark on my knee...just swelling and redness. After that, we continued travels but the beast was still infected and sore. When we got to Bangkok, I went to yet another hospital where they began a more extensive surgery (hence the crater on my knee) to remove the puss and bad tissue; and finally a few weeks later I am almost good to go! I will continue travels in Laos on Saturday Dec 1st. Now it is mid February, my knee is completely fine and usable, just ended up with a scar.
