| IWAMA RYU AIKIDO Short documentary about Morihiro Saito Shihan, Iwama Ryu Soke, 9th Dan, and his pupil from his last 18 years, Paolo Corallini, Iwama Ryu Dai Senpai, 7th Dan Shihan, Aikikai 7th Dan. Morihiro Saito Sensei left only two Iwama Ryu 7th Dan in his life: Paolo Corallini and Ulf Evenas, whom he appointed as his Representatives. 1984: Paolo Corallini visits Iwama for the first time and met Saito Morihiro. 1985: Morihiro Saito visits Italy (Osimo and Turin), hosted by Paolo Corallini. This was one of the first trips abroad of the great master, and his first trip to Continental Europe. Since that moment Iwama Aikido spread out all over under the name of "Iwama Takemusu Aiki" or "Iwama Style". 1990: Morihiro Saito appoints Paolo Corallini as his Representative and delegates him to examine for Buki Waza moku roku in Europe. 1991-1992: Morihiro Saito, on a meeting with Paolo Corallini and Stanley Pranin, decides to define the network of his european students with the name "Iwama Ryu". 1992: Morihiro Saito delivers the Iwama Ryu 6th dan Shihan to Paolo Corallini. 2001: Morihiro Saito delivers the Iwama Ryu 7th Dan to Paolo Corallini and Ulf Evenas. 2002: Morihiro Saito passes by, leaving thousands of students all over carrying on his pedagogy and O'Sensei's pure teachings.
