Solid alder body, one-piece maple neck, and veneer rosewood fretboard with clay dot inlays. The neck is stamped "4 AUG 63B". Two Jazzmaster pickups with outputs of 8.73k and 8.24k. Jazzmaster bridge and integrated tailpiece and tremolo. This is an excellent guitar, in exceptionally fine (9.00) and totally original condition. There is some minor finish checking, but absolutely no belt buckle wear on the back of the guitar. Original Fender light brown Tolex hardshell case.

"Offset Contour Body Pat. Pending" decal at the ball end of the headstock. Single "butterfly" string tree with large nylon spacer. The neck is stamped "13 SEP 66B." J Mascis Squire Jazzmaster Review done when I woke up this morning after my first coffee of the day. Sorry for the bed head and dodgy playing. Its a great guitar for the money and J has certainly going to make a lot of guitarists happy with his choices for this guitar.
