| Billionaire Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, has become a major investor since selling Broadcast.com to Yahoo! at the height of the dot com boom in 1999. His major investments include Landmark Theatres, Magnolia Pictures, and HDNet, and he is also a "shark" investor on ABC's hit show "Shark Tank." He even claims to have invested over four million dollars in people that he's never met and only dealt with via phone and email.
