The city needed a way to connect these "barrios" to the public transportation infrastructure, and the result was the Metrocable, a unique solution that gives much of the city's labor force a chance to take flight every day on their way to and from work.

A day and night in Medellin, Colombia

A trip to Medellin is not complete without a trip to the famous La Fonda bar and the dollhouse. On the streets, you never know what you might discover from shaving cream parties, balloon dancing, midgets, no arm artists, and guys drunk passed out under a park bench.
