Livewire 2009

Changed my method of training over past month or two inspired by people like Phil, Neil, Jan, Callum LS, Andrea, Blue, Tempest, Callum P, Danny, Jenx, Erin, Scott J. Been finding and training a lot more plyometric and stride missions and it has strengthened my jump by about a foot! Walters & Shieff episode 1

4000 subsribers wooo thanks to each and every one of you I love you all =] Me and Damien have been training together a lot lately doing random missions, challenges etc. so decided to film some of the stuff we get upto and make a random series out of it for you loyal subscribers of mine! Look forward to more randomness from the posse! Much love, Shieff Episode 1 contains a random expedition up a tree we made while staying at Danny Ilabacas, I had already climbed to the top and am on my way down when this was filmed by Damien. We think they were baby Crows, we didnt touch or interfere with them in any further way other then saying "hello".

He had no expectations that he would win the Barclaycard World Freerun Championships in London, as he back-flipped off buildings and head-spun on walls in front of 8000 people. WHOA! TV spent time getting to know the man who is Freerunnings equivalent of Usain Bolt, quick agile and with no respect for gravity.
