| On April 7, 2012, Ramya and Srikant married at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa located in Phoenix, Arizona. The morning started out with the groom arriving to the ceremony site on a horse following his baraat, which was accompanied by live dhol, music, and dancing. The traditional South Indian Hindu ceremony was held outdoors on the scenic Wildflower Ballroom Lawn. As soon as I met this client, I instantly felt connected to them, they were so excited about having us cover their wedding, and we were equally excited about flying out to Arizona. One of their wishes for video, was to get a same day edit of their wedding. We shot the baraat & ceremony in the morning, and by the evening, we had a beautiful highlight piece for them to share with their friends and family at the reception. Behind the scenes: We covered this wedding with 3 Canon 5D Mark II cameras, glide cam, and sliders. We produced a 10 minute same day highlight reel, and an extended reel of the full wedding.
