Tampa Bay has professional sports (football, hockey and baseball), theater, world class museums, symphony, outstanding hospitals, two universities and numerous colleges, white sandy beaches (frequently named as the best beaches in the world), an international airport, multiple waterfront parks, upscale shopping, fine restaurants and wonderful weather. It´s no wonder why this little city has grown so dramatically with all these features. Since St. Pete is a peninsula, we enjoy off shore breezes on both sides of the city. Housing opportunities vary from charming, historic homes to contemporary to townhomes to high rise condominiums. Among the numerous options are waterfront, golf course frontage and gated communities.
