| I construct a low profile urban carry knife sheath from $3 worth of materials. This has been one of my most requested videos, ever since I talked about these sheaths in the deployment section of my knife combat basics videos. People always ask how I can carry a medium-sized fix blade like the Gerber Big Rock shown here, or my Bear Hunter II, without drawing unwanted attention. Well now you know, and can make your own. Enjoy. Look into your state or national laws before carrying any weapon concealed. Personally, I prefer the sheath to by in my front slash pocket, secured by a carabiner. I place my hand on the handle BEFORE walking into a dangerous area but, shit happens, so "quickdrawing" might sometimes be necessary. |
