They boast more than 30 million users world wide and a fair amount of those people have Xbox Live Gold membership accounts. . But one of their users, is not a happy camper. His name is Ryan Graves and he started a class action lawsuit against Microsoft for unjustly charging his credit card for his Gold membership. Graves claims that his subscription lapsed after Microsoft tried to charge his expired credit card. When he input the new credit card info, Microsoft charged him twice for one year's membership. He claims other Gold members have experience similar unauthorized charges. . His attorney said in a press release that, "Microsoft cannot just charge a consumer's credit or debit card whenever it wants without authorization...Mr. Graves signed up to play games on his Xbox, not to allow Microsoft to play games with his debit card." Alright, I don't know about you guys, but this sounds a little funny to me. . Seems like an honest mistake right? Well, because of Microsoft's Terms of Use, it gets a little sticky.
