Nov 2nd, 2011, The letter and petition of "STOP spreadind/ burning radioactive rubble all over Japan" was delivered to Japanese Consulate in NY. Tokyo is accepting 50000 metric tons of radioactive rubble over 2 years. The rubble will be burned and dumped into Tokyo Bay. The first 1000 metric tons arrives at Tokyo on Nov 4th 2011. The petition gathered 6200 signatures and delivered not only in NY, but Washinton DC, SF, Hawaii, France, Germany, India, Hong Kong, and several cities in Japan. American Consulate Car hits Ibad ur Rehman-CCTV Footage

ISLAMABAD: While heirs of the victims of Raymond Davis are losing hope, experts say only the courts can bring the killers of the third Lahore victim out of their hiding in the US consulate in Lahore. The huge controversy over the Davis fate has clouded the death and given space and protection to the killers of Ibadur Rehman, who was hit by non-diplomats in a car that escaped from the scene after the crime. Some experts suspect that if urgent action against them is not taken, the US authorities my quietly smuggle them out of Pakistan, if they have not already been taken away. According to reports the US consulate has refused to hand over the killers of third Pakistani. Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has publicly said that the Consulate had been asked by the Punjab government to hand over the vehicle and the driver responsible for death of motorcyclist Ibadur Rehman minutes after Davis had shot dead two persons on January 27. Well placed sources in Interior Ministry told The News that the Interior Ministry has not contacted the US embassy or the consulate to hand over the killers of Ibadur Rehman to the police. Maria Sultan, defence analyst and Director General South Asian Strategic Stability Institute, says that section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act and Section 320 of Pakistan Penal Code apply to the killers who are being protected by the US consulate. Proof of Consulate Abuse of INA 221g Administrative Processing

Visit our website, full of free, useful information: www.peerallylaw.com I share a copy of a memo of the NIV Chief of the US consulate in Chennai which was sent to USCIS, requesting USCIS to revoke an H1B petition, as well as USCIS's notice of intent to revoke (NOIR) on the basis of the consulate's memo. Furthermore, I show how the consulate clearly misstates USCIS's own guidance memos. Also revealing is the shocking length of time the consulate takes to actually deliver the memo to USCIS (over 4 months), and the time USCIS takes to then send a NOIR (another 3 months). Fortunately, USCIS granted us the opportunity to withdraw the petition that was stuck under 221g in light of the fresh petition we filed on premium processing (which was filed to bring the H1B visa applicant back in a month's time rather than having to wait 7 months for the mere "privilege" of receiving a chance to challenge the consulate's shoddy legal analysis on why the candidate was found ineligible for a visa).
