What is the song? - The Story by Brandi Carlile 2. How do you do the move at :25/ What is it called? - I don't really know the name of it. My choreographer just said can you try this idea, I did and it worked ahaha. - How I do it... Start on your knees with a little space between. I twist my body to the left to gain momentum, then it requires you to use your thigh muscles to pull up and turn. When I'm 3/4 of the way around I let my left leg slip around and tuck it underneath so I can land in that cross-legged position. - You can do different arms, whatever helps you get up and around. But mostly, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE. try until you get it. I didn't get it the first time and it took tweaking and lots of practice. HOPE THIS HELPS ! :) |
