Check the link below for more info. www.kickstarter.com The original game, Carmageddon, and its expansion Splat Pack on GOG: www.gog.com --- Developed by Stainless Games comes one of the most brutal racing games to ever grace the video game scene, actually it was so brutal that the early UK version contained zombies with green blood instead of humans while being banned completely in Brazil. Obviously you control the car of your choice but the neat part about the game is that there's three ways for the player to claim victory on the racing track. Firstly, and may I say the least exciting, is to just race through all the checkpoints until you reach the end. Secondly, which is probably what most players tend to do, is to waste every opponent on the track. And lastly, which is the hardest but most interesting, hit and run over every pedestrian on the entire track - numbers varies a lot but they're up to the hundreds so make sure you come prepared to go after this part. Early into my video you can see me hitting a checkpoint sign and literally hang from it like a leaf. Very interesting. And lastly... why don't they do games like this anymore? |
