| The 13th amendment (ending slavery and the brutal treatment of the millions of voiceless slaves) and HR 5628 are protective measures for US citizens from abuse and slave-like treatment. A bill for protecting American school children from "sanctioned" and "lawless" abuse entitled, "Ending Corporal Punishment in Schools Act," HR 5628 was introduced June 29, 2010 by NY Rep. Carolyn McCarthy.
