BDS Tactical Modular Bandoleer

The BDS Tactical Modular Bandoleer is padded PALS platform that is slung over one's shoulder and across the chest and back. The front panel of the modular bandoleer has 10 x 3 horizontal rows of PALS webbing for attaching BDS Tactical Stacker modular pouches and accessories. There is also a 2 x 2 section of PLAS webbing right below the shoulder pad. The back panel of the modular bandoleer has 4 x 8 vertical rows of PALS webbing for attaching BDS Tactical Stacker modular pouches and accessories. There is also a 2 x 2 section of PLAS webbing right below the shoulder pad. The modular bandoleer is fully adjustable with 2" webbing straps that secure with hook & loop and have a sire release buckle. There is also an adjustable 1" strap with side release buckle to secure the opposite side of the modular bandoleer. The shoulder strap on the modular bandoleer is adjustable with a 2" strap that secures with hook & loop. The Modular bandoleer shoulder strap comes with a removable shoulder pad with half inch closed cell foam for comfort and has 2 x 3 rows of PALS webbing. The BDS Tactical modular bandoleer is made 100% in Oceanside California and comes with a life time warranty. Available colors: Tactical Coyote, ACU, ABU, Olive Drab, Black, Ranger Green, Foliage Green, & Multicam.

556/223 Bandoleer

A few thoughts on the ol trusty bandoleer, they seem to have become the Rodney Dangerfied of ammo carriers as they " get no respect " these days. For a quick resupply and mag recharge you can't beat having ammo on stripper clips to get you going again. Think about it, how many mags does your system carry- what happens when you run dry? Well I'd take off one of my bandoleers and reload that's what. Remember you want to save weight while carrying as much ammo as possible and your sure not gonna run around with a .50 cal ammo can full of loose ammo right, the handles on them suck for that sort of thing and they make a ton if noise; plus what if you have to supply a team member? Can't really divy up the can- can you?

Spec Ops Gear, Modular Combat Bandoleer and Mag Pouch

We take a look at and review a couple items manufactured by Spec Ops. The Combat Bandoleer was a pleasant surprise, with loops on both sides, and reversible straps, this piece is ambidextrious. Not only ruggedly made, but larger than we anticipated. The interior of the bandoleer could be used for Med gear, but we find the YKK zippered, water sealed compartment ideal for documents and maps. The Mag pouch is also well designed and constructed. Will hold 2 magazines of most designs. This pouch could easily be used for radio, gps, or other electronic equipment.
