NEW BAR-BARIAN REQUIREMENTS: - 5 muscle ups - 45 dips (although I did 55 by mistake!) - 25 pull-ups - 55 push ups - 5 muscle ups PERFECT FORM ON EVERY REP! Must be completed within 6 minutes. Challenge: beat my time - 5mins 30 secs.
