N° 09/09 - I used to workout everyday. Some with weights and some without weights. Aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Stretching before and after exercises. Very important. I do a lot of sprints. Short and long distances. Takes a lot of dedication. Nutrition is important. You got to watch what you eat. My favourite pre-game meal is steak and potatos which I eat 4 hours before the game.
