| the compilation :D basically a movie in itself Story (if you really wanna know): Dr Doofenshmirtz (Dr Horrible) wants someone to take over the Tri-state area with and tries to inspire and convince his daughter Vanessa (Penny) to be evil. However she falls for Agent P (Captain Hammer) and wants to become one of the good guys. Bitter rivalry against the three of them until Doofenshmirtz gets a call from The League (Bad Horse) offering him a promotion if he committed a murder. He tries to kill Perry but fails and ends up killing Vanessa instead.
