Vadim Kozin was one of the most popular singers in Soviet Russia in 1930-1940. His beautiful tenor charmed all. "Druzhba" (Friendship)(V. Sidorov-A. Shmulyan) is one of hiz hits. There are some words in this song: We are so close to each other that we needn't to say any words... The singer was arested in 1941...It broken his career and life. The rest of his life he lived in Magadan.

This variant of "Druzhba" is taken from flexible gramophone record made by Bakovskij Experimental factory. It was made in the same 1938 year as Kozin's famous variant with accompany of Boris Krupishev's orchestra. But in this variant Kozin sings with accompany of piano and guitar.
