| Ladies and gentlemen, I welcome you to the 1st Official Preview of the system that MIGHT be activated in 2012. What was once a mix of J-Music now dissect to form two separate countdowns: The J-Pop Side and the J-Rock Side. Throughout 2012, a J-Pop chart will be followed by a J-Rock chart the week after, then J-Pop, and then J-Rock again to continue a perfectly blended loop of J-Music. Some things are simply easier to understand by observing than through explanation, so without further ado, I present to you....THE J-POP SIDE! Allow me to start off with a discussion of FTISLAND. Out of all the Korean based artists out there, FTISLAND is by far the best. Its style simply inspires me and the message presented in its latest song "Distance" is so strong and encouraging. GARNET CROW's latest gem "JUDY" off of its 9th album is also strong - both in terms of song composure and lyrics, not to mention a one-of-a-kind PV. An English version of this song exists as well, so please check that out if you are interested. Then we have TiA, who has ranked in my Top 5 favorite female artists of all time since her debut. Most, if not all, of her songs represent what true J-Pop should be. I listen to her music everywhere - while I study in cafes or drive - and is currently my alarm ringtone. Similarly, I love Orianthi and Kylee, so the collaboration song full of energy is like a dream come true.
