Many times, oily skin is an adverse effect of using products that over-dry skin, irritate skin, or the result of over cleansing skin. You cannot change the amount of oil that your body naturally produces, but you can prevent your body from producing excess oil. I recommend using a gentle, WATER-SOLUBLE cleanser 2 times a day.
