| Barry Dutton- the UnCouncillor- challenges the Mayor, and Councillor Roger Bouma, with a BULLHORN/ MEGAPHONE, DURING COUNCIL MEETING, and some city hall staff, on their lack of transparency, and accountability, to the Tax Payer - MAY 22- 2012: LOCATION- OUTSIDE CITY HALL, OSHAWA, - Barry challenges council with a bullhorn/ megaphone, about TRUTH and customer service to: Tax Payers & Residents- including but not limited to: --Heavy handed tactics towards the residents, the mayor and other city hall staff CONSTANTLY calling in police and security and WASTING VALUABLE POLICE TIME + RESOURCES!!, questioning the issue of the proposed ethanol refinery on our waterfront, right beside the sensitive Second Marsh wetlands area, the backhanded conduct of Counc. Roger Bouma, and the Oshawa Public Library Board and some staff towards the residents, budget surpluses that have not been looked into, Council/ OPL Board refusing to release public meeting minutes/details, spreadsheets of public funding documents, failing to return REPEATEDLY- emails and calls from residents, and seemingly exercising WILLFUL blindness to OPL and other issues for months on end, and other issues. |
