Kizomba MaNi from Amsterdam @ Limburg Salsa Festival May 2012

We want to give a special thanks to Turbo and Khalid Lazar that made it possible for us to attend this big and great event in Valkenburg @ the Limburg Salsa Festival event that took place on the 13th of May. We enjoyed every minute of it and we were glad to see that also a great amount of people who went to the after party a few hours before our workshop, were able to stand up so early to attend our workshop together with us...but most of all that they enjoyed it very much and gave their feedback to us in person. "Ik bezoek Limburg en niet Nederland", liet de Amerikaanse president George W. Bush in een persverklaring weten in 2005. Dat jaar woonde hij een herdenking bij op het Amerikaanse oorlogskerkhof Margraten en logeerde hij in een chateau in Houthem. Bush wilde zijn dank betuigen aan de vrijwilligers van Margraten. Maar de Limburgers maakten zich zorgen, want zijn bezoek bracht veel werk met zich mee. Zo wilden de Amerikanen bijvoorbeeld dat de snelweg A2 dertig uur op slot ging.
