This is the very last game of MBC Survivor, after this all of this season players are known, and we're ready to begin the madness :-) GomTV2 MSL Group Selection Ceremony is tommorow (April 24rth), the first round will be 8 groups of 4, games start April 26th *Spoilers below* (Winner Interview) * ** *** **** ***** ****** ******* ****** ***** **** *** ** * Not much of a spoiler I know, since obviously I wouldn't even bother that much if Boxer wouldn't have won :-) but still a spoiler protection is always good for those who somehow didn't already know/guess the results, not everyone are die hard SC fans. Winner Interview: Q: You returned right after 1 season's rest. A: I didn't know I would be going up but I ended up going up so I still can't believe it. The fact that I am a member of the army makes it unrealistic that I am in a major league, and also makes me feel accomplished as well. Q: It was a tough road to the MSL. A: Any league is tough if you start from the preliminaries. As I was going through the preliminaries, I was shaky because of my identity as a armyman, and because I hadn't been in the preliminaries for a long time. Sea[Shield] vs n.Die_Jaedong @ MBC Survivor, Group-B, LB Bo1, April 7th 2007 Jaedong plays Zerg, Sea plays Terran Map: Blitz-X In the first round of Group-B, Ever)T(Sheis beat Jaedong, and Luxury[GsP] beat Sea, games were.. ok.. results were- yet again- unexpected (actually Luxury vs Sea was ~ 50-50, but in the other game Jaedong was way favorite to win), so far MBC is full of surprises. In the WB Ever)T(Sheis beat Luxury and advanced to MSL for the first time ever. (if the name Ever)T(Sheis sounds familiar to you and you aren't sure why, he is the guy that Boxer beat in SuperFight IV with the fake starting position trick, in the Group-B winners interview Ever)T(Sheis said the loss to Boxer made him stronger and got him ready to face big crowds on TV matches) Now Jaedong and Sea will play, and the winner will play against Luxury for the last MSL ticket of Group-B, loser goes home empty handed. Sea is a Terran macro beast, Jaedong is a ZvT monster and it is his best matchup (don't forget he also beat NaDa in SuperFight5), as I quoted in one of the previous game descriptions, Jaedong is hailed as the next Zerg star, his skill is unquestionable, but he lacks experience. Either way this is a game between two amazing players. IMO this is the best game played in this MBC season so far. I'll upload the LB finals afterwards and I'll name the video "MBC Survivor, Group-B, LB Finals, ?SpoileR? vs Luxury" so it won't spoil the results of this game. Enjoy :-)

XellOs vs Soo @ Blitz X, MBC Survivor, LB Bo1, April 10th 2007 A lot of XellOs fans in YouTube, quite a few requests to upload his games from yesterday :-) as usual I'll upload the LB and LB Finals from the group (which for some reason many times end up as the best games of the groups, those games in Group-B were just so good) and maybe later add the first 3 games as well. At round1 XellOs lost Shark[gm] @ Longius 2 and Firebathero beat Soo. At Winner's Firebathero beat Shark[gm] and advanced to MSL. (I might upload his two games later on in one video) The final MSL ticket of Group-D will be taken by either Shark, Xellos or Soo. Winner of this match will play against Shark[gm] @ Reverse Temple, LB finals.

We all remember when Boxer had to leave MSL because his army time has come, he won his group, beat Silver ( www.youtube.com ) and Nal_Ra ( www.youtube.com ) and then announced he won't be continuing the Starleague road. Nal_Ra said before their game: "Every opportunity to play with Boxer is a glorious honor and I would select playing against him in every single instance." Boxer played one more game for his team SKT1 in the proleague and beat aQua ( www.youtube.com ), then in the first SuperFight (which was made especially for Boxer's leaving, and then continued to become a great event over again) he said his final farewell to progaming ( www.youtube.com ) There was a big media frenzy in the days before Boxer went to the army, people were talking about how Boxer could actually chose not to go, he had the power to influence it so that they'll let him off the hook, but being the star that he was, especially in such an 'army game' as they called it, he wanted to set an example for the countless fans and to indeed enlist as every south Korean have to. And so he went ( www.youtube.com ) and dozens of fan videos started being made all over the place, the love people hold for Boxer is one of a kind, there has never been, nor ever will be, a progamer held so dear in people's hearts. Everyone know that Boxer is the one who made this all possible, without him there would be no progaming as we know it today. After a few weeks in the army they let us have some shots of the emperor ...
