There is little one can say about a video such as this but nazi Germany has arrived in the US predicted by many for years. The writing was on the wall so people shouldn't be surprised. NDAA under attack in Congress?

The National Defense Authorization Act signed by President Obama on the eve ofthe New Year has now come to a standstill. Since its genesis, the NDAA has beenconfronted with heavy criticism claiming the act is unlawful and on Wednesday DistrictJudge Katherine Forrest agreed. The section 1021 calls for the indefinite detentionof Americans and as of now is unconstitutional, but late Thursday an amendment tothe NDAA ruling was brought forward on the House floor. NDAA - the first step to the death of individual liberties

A group of journalists and activists made a statement at a court in New York against the National Defense Authorization Act. The group has filed a lawsuit against the Obama Administration and are determined to overturn NDAA. The bill allows the US military to legally detain suspected terrorists indefinitely and without charge or trial - that includes American citizens. This also means that journalists covering terror threats and interviewing terrorists fall under the umbrella. Indefinite detention and torture: NDAA in action

The National Defense Authorization Act took affect less than a month ago and already the US government is making use of the controversial law. Musa'b al-Madhwani is the first Guantanamo Bay prison to feel the effects of the new law that President Obama at one point vowed to veto. NDAA declared unconstitutional; Indefinite detention of Americans blocked by the court

On Wednesday, District Judge Katherine Forrest ruled the National Defense Authorization Act unconstitutional. Forrest issued a preliminary injunction which restrains the US government from administering section 1021 of the NDAA, a provision that allows for the indefinite detention for Americans with alleged terrorist ties. Chris Hedges sues Obama over NDAA

This year was kicked off with a highly controversial bill: the National Defense Authorization Act. The NDAA, now law, gives the US military the power to legally detain individuals without charge or trial. The right to due process has become null and void under the new legislation, even for American citizens.
