When three teenagers hospitalize McClain after a near fatal beating and are then released on bail, McClains outraged mother asks Karen to secretly teach her son to protect himself. Through the martial ways, Karen teaches McClain to rise above ignorance and prejudice. But when McClain intercedes to protect a classmate from being bullied, a chain of events occurs.
