Bend the right leg at the knee at about a 90 degree angle so that the foot is behind your left knee. At the same time, hop onto your left foot. Combined, the parts of the first step include hopping on the left foot while pulling back your right foot. Step 2 The second part of the move involves a kick and another hop. Kick the right foot out to the right side by straightening the knee. At the same time, hop once more on the left foot. Your hop should push you slightly to the left side so that you're moving away from the kick. Step 3 Continue the move by switching to the other side. To do this, use the right leg that you just kicked out. Bring it to the floor and hop onto it. When you hop, bring your left foot straight behind your right leg.
