Tightest parallel parking record beaten at new Mini launch -- Guinness World Records

One of our most popular world records over recent years has been the hotly contested tightest parallel parking title. The record has changed hands five times in the past two years, with our video of German driving ace Ronny Wechselberger 's successful attempt last year becoming something of an internet sensation with viewing figures hitting the millions. When Patrik Folco neatly slid his way into a gap measuring just 22 cm (8.66 in) longer than the car he was driving last month it set a benchmark that looked unlikely to be broken. However, the record has indeed once again been smashed , this time by Chinese master wheelman Han Yue. Han last week managed to shave off an incredible 7cm from the record, drifting into a space of just 15 cm (5.91 in) longer than his vehicle during an attempt at the launch in Beijing of a new special edition of the Mini called The Chinese Job. 60000 Dominos (Personal Record)

This is my personal record for most dominos used at once. Don't miss when I upload a new video...subscribe to my channel and follow me on facebook.com twitter.com In this chain reaction there are 60 big dominos each containing 990 dominos, and a small field of 600 dominos (which says 60000) to bring the total up to 60000 dominos used. The big dominos span about 14 feet across. It took approximately 65.5 hours to complete over 8 days. In the setup footage, the counter changes color on each day. The entire setup fell in approximately 12 seconds. Oh no! After building this, I was able to count my remaining dominos and I have roughly 7700 left over. AMS Alpha Omega GT-R Top Speed Record: 233mph Drift!!!

After smashing the GT-R 1/4 mile record at the TX2K12 with an 8.62@173.81mph pass, the Alpha Omega GT-R went straight to the Texas Mile in an attempt to reset the GT-R top speed record of 218mph. FRIDAY The morning was spent preparing the Alpha Omega for tech inspection. A 1/2 mile shakedown pass was performed early afternoon. With much more power than what we had worked with last October, the Alpha Omega was literally flying down the track. Nonetheless, Ivan Phipps, the projects technician and driver for the Alpha Omega kept at it - pulling a 221mph top speed late Friday afternoon which was enough to claim the record! SATURDAY With the absence of wind Saturday morning, the decision was made to press on. The Alpha Omega only used approximately 1050whp of its available 1600whp on Friday's record pass. With approximately 1250whp dialed in, the crew wanted to see if the car could at least break the 230mph barrier before heading home for the weekend. On Saturday's one and only pass down the Mile, Ivan was able to get the Omega to the 1/2 mile marker with a speed of 197mph. The car ran loose with stock aero and absence of a rear wing, but the throttle remained pegged to the floor. Ivan passed the 1 mile marker at 233.1mph. It was a new record for the R35 GT-R, but not without a hitch. The Omega hit a dip in the runway past the mile marker which caused it to bounce.
