It features an acoustic performance taped at Sony Music Studios in New York City on November 18, 1993 for the television series MTV Unplugged. Veoh Sues Universal Music Group

Now, the tables have turned and Veoh Networks is suing Universal. Veoh wants a federal judge to declare it has not infringed Universal's copyrights, and that it is protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
