Cons: Creases unless used with a powdered product (on eyes), doesn't set to become crease/water resistant, good color payoff only when a lot is used. Recommendation: Great alternative to similar multipurpose department store products for those on a budget or looking for a cheaper alternative. Hia Everyone, Follow me on Twitter, twitter.com Hope you enjoy my LOOK OF THE DAY :) I am going to do more of these quicker looks if you like, let me know?? :) The products and tutorial: Stila smudge pot mouse lime all over eye lid and up just passed the crease. MAC aquavert eye shadow patted on top of that with a medium sized eye shadow brush. Blend a little past the crease. Sephora huge pallet, chocolate brown eye shadow blended with smalled tipped brush along the lower lashline. Boujois beige rose eye shadow in the inner corner of the eyes and just under on lower lashline. Take it up under eye brow bone to highlight. Estee lauder bronzer with gold, ivory, peach and pink tones applied like a bronzer to the outer part of the face in the shape of a 3. Start at the temples and work down to cheek bones and then back around down to jaw line. MAC fresh brew lipstick all over lip area. Bylaurenluke lipgloss applied on top to add some shine and it tastes like grapefruit brilliant for summer. Avon shock mascara black, applied to the eyelashes for a separated look. Hope you enjoyed! Happy New Years everyone!! =) Just some important things to note: NYX Jumbo pencils are very creamy and crease easily. If you plan to have long lasting makeup, try a black gel liner or any longer lasting cream shadow as a base instead. Also, lipgloss can cause faster creasing too so glitter gel, clear lash glue, brow gel, or clear mascara will be the better options. Also, make sure to try to find fine glitter. This is my entry for caitlynmakeup's makeup giveaway =) Step by step tutorial: 1. Apply a eyeshadow base all over your lid and under your brow, I'm using Mac Bare Study paint pot 2. Apply Mac Constructivist paint pot all over your lid 3. Apply Mac Carbon e/s over the paint pot 4. Add Mac Dark Devotion e/s (crease) 5. Line your upper lashline with a black eye khol and blend it 6. Highlight 7. Add some Satin Taupe e/s (crease) 8. Repeat the third step and blend 9. Add some Soba e/s over the Satin Taupe and blend it all together 10. Line your lower lashline and blend 11. Add some coats of mascara 12. Line your waterline And that's pretty much it!
