| (TX 26 Nov 2009) For American Youth communicator Reggie Dabbs, life started pretty much the same as many other kids today he was born to an unmarried mother, and grew up in a foster home. But despite those beginnings, he grew up with a strong sense of moral values, instilled in him, by his foster parents. They taught him about the value of making good choices and that it was never too late to make a fresh start .. and those are the messages that hes now passing on, to young people around the world.
