| My grandmother, a master at Chinese cooking, making chee cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) with shrimp, sausage, eggs and onion. Ingredients- 1 - rice flour* 2 - water 3 - ha mai (really small dried shrimp)*, soaked in water until soft 4 - laap churng (pre-cooked Chinese sausage)*, cut into small pieces 5 - scrambled eggs, cut into small pieces 6 - green onion, cut into small pieces 7 - cooking spray or vegetable oil *available at Asian grocers ------------ Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. For every cup of flour, use 2 c. water. Get about 5 aluminum pans and lightly coat with cooking spray or vegetable oil. Prepare a wok by bringing water to a boil. I think this batch yielded 25-30 noodle rolls. |
