It's called NightSky and I am excited about it in the most chill, ambient way anyone can be excited. If the name isn't ringing any bells, his past work probably will - Knytt and Within a Deep Forest are his two most well-known, and we covered his most recent freebee, FiNCK, in episode 91. NightSky has all the hallmarks of a Nifflas game: laid-back pacing, ambient atmosphere, and a focus on exploration of an alien world.
