Well as someone said:- "everyone burns calories differently, it depends on how much work you put into it, your weight, height, etc. I would suggest buying a heart monitor, it will tell you exactly how many calories you burn specific to you. althougn they can be expensive unfortunately" Hope u enjoy it...If it's hard for you then don't worry, just keep working out & it'll get easier & easier.... stay healthy. 1)Drink lots of water during the day & a glass before u start working out. 2)Eat brown bread & brown rice instead of white 3)use olive oil (It doesn't mean that it has less calories, BUT it's much healthier) & u wanna stay both fit AND healthy =) 4)Eat in smaller plates which will help u eat small portions ! 5)MOVE UR BUTT... take the stairs instead of using the elevator, u don't have to park ur car right in-front of the building,play with ur children,YOU go get that glass of water, YOU go get that remote, YOU go open the door. 6)Eat lots of vegetables & fruits. Toy Robot in Space! - HD balloon flight to 95000ft

The full space flight from the music video for 'Edgar' by Lucky Elephant. *** Read about how we did it here! projectedgar.jamestrosh.com *** The robot and rig reached a height of over 95000 feet (around 30000 metres) above earth to film the blackness of space and the curvature of the earth, before the pressure popped the weather balloon and a parachute carried it back down to earth. We then found the robot and camera in a field 11 miles away using a mini GPS tracker. As seen in a nationwide TV commericial for GoPro, on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim, a CNN video report, screens accros the London Underground and more. Craig Ferguson / Hugh Laurie Man-love

dr7ooob, this is the Hugh segment I was talking about - two witty, stunning Brits at play! During this May 5, 2008 visit, Hugh and Craig quibble over the height of Craig's chair, Craig shows his empty tooth socket, and they talk of motorcycles and dating-age daughters. This was Episode 666, a gem in TLLS catalog. Craig stumbled over the "deevil" in the monologue and got brainy with talk of Satan and Milton's "Paradise Lost". He 'plumped' a home viewer in reply to an email (clip is already in my channel). He lost his composure over an attractive girl in boots, and came undone during the WDWLOTSTC. (I'll upload that clip shortly.). Add Hugh to the mix, and #666 was a keeper. The first taping I ever attended, and despite the down-sides of live tapings, I couldn't have asked for better, or had more fun! :)

So Nephilimfree had an interesting week. He elected to not turn up to try and defend his assertion that nozzle size would have an effect on the height of the jet, and so as promised (an intimate part of his lunar bukake theory), so he is now the star of a second 'why do people laugh at creationists' episode, WDPLAC pt34 Nephilimfree really does go so far off the comically funny deep-end that its difficult to keep it focused. All good fun nonetheless! He seems to now think that Noahs flood, flooded the Earth, caused the craters on the moon, AND the comets, and also deposited the iridium in the 'K2' boundary as he calls it. Now of the obvious objections to this, 1) there isnt enough energy to do it. 2) even if there were, the energies would kill all life on earth whether they were in a boat, or arc, or not. 3) Comets dont bear any resemblance to terrestrial water a) notably the cyanide level in comets would be nearly instantly fatal to humans (fatal dose ~50mg). b) comets are about 10% CO. That means that merely enough water to cover the earth with 1m of water would give about a 1% partial pressure of CO in the atmosphere. This would be enough to make everything lose consciousness and die in minutes... apart from of course some of the insects who don't rely on hemoglobin for oxygen transport. 4) Nephilimfree claims that that KT iridium comes from Noahs flood. Well surely this means all the non-avian dinosaurs died before 'the flood' and all the mammals after? 5) comets are ...
