| This is the flex grid tie-in homepage. The flex grid tie-in section is a mini application that helps with additional details, tie-ins, drill-downs, and extra relationships from one main application type to another. This page has two main parts. The top has a number of links to the 12 main application types (different sub homepages). It also includes a button to add new flex grid tie-ins and manage the dynamic flex grid tie-in titles (dynamic custom field names). The dynamic titles are tied to the admin permission. The main flex grid tie-in search is a two part process. Step 1 is where you choose the main application type. Step 2 is the dynamic search form that relates to the main application type selected. All search results will show up on a different page. The reason we call this mini application the "flex grid" or "flex grid tie-ins" is due to the dynamic nature of what it can do. Basically, we have determined 12 main application tie-in items. They include deposits, invoices, PO's, expense/receipts, user-maintained balance sheet items, stock/units, customers, vendors, employees, part numbers, elements of time, and quotes. Each of these 12 main items may be tied to any other item(s) (12 sub tie-ins) in the system. This creates a 12 x 12 main to sub id number tie-in interface.
