| c/o Jason Magbanua MANILA, Philippines - After a year-long preparation, young actress Roxanne Guinoo and businessman Elton Yap tied the knot on Sunday afternoon at Sanctuario de San Antonio at Forbes Park in Makati City. The intimate ceremony was attended by the couple's families and closest friends in and outside of show business. Among the principal sponsors were cosmetic surgeon Vicki Belo, television host Boy Abunda, beauty queen-actress Charlene Gonzales-Muhlach and Diamond Star Maricel Soriano. Guinoo's closest showbiz friends, Regine Angeles and Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla, were among the secondary sponsors. Shortly after the church ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests proceeded to NBC tent in Taguig City where the reception was held. "Wala na, wala na akong masasabi, I'm so happy," Guinoo, who gave birth to a baby girl prior to their wedding, said.
