Indian Army Special Forces - Para Commandos

The Para Commandos are a special forces unit of the Indian Army. Formed in 1966, the Para Commandos are the largest and most important part of the Special Forces of India. Their function and capabilities are similar to that of Russian Spetsnaz and British SAS.They are a part of the highly-trained Parachute Regiment of the Indian Army and, generally, all the Indian Special Forces (SF) personnel are selected from it.

The Peacemaker

The movie begins in an Eastern Orthodox church in Pale, Bosnia and Herzegovina, when an unidentified man (later revealed to be a Bosnian diplomat to the UN) is murdered in the church's narthex after receiving a page to meet someone outside.The scene then immediately shifts to a missile base in Chelyabinsk, Russia, where SS-18 ICBMs are being decommissioned. Ten nuclear warheads are loaded onto a train and sent to a separate site for dismantling. However, a high-ranking Russian general, Aleksandr Kodorov, has other plans. Along with a rogue tactical unit, he kills all the soldiers on-board the transport train and then transfers nine of the warheads to another train running on parallel tracks. Kodorov then activates the timer on the remaining warhead and shunts the transport away from his train and onto a collision course with a passenger train. The passenger train's engineer is unable to avoid the attack. Minutes later, the 500-kiloton warhead detonates, killing the survivors and delaying and confusing any inv

The Indian Army Armoured Corps is one of the combat arms of the Indian Army. Formed in 1947 from two-thirds of the personnel and assets of the Raj's Indian Armoured Corps. It currently consists of 63 armoured regiments, including the president's bodyguards. www.youtube.com The naming of the regiments varies. The terms "Cavalry", "Horse" and "Lancers", which have been dispensed with in the case of units raised post-independence, are historical legacies from the raising and renaming of these units when part of the East India Company's army and/or later the British Indian Army. The Armoured Corps School and Centre is at Ahmednagar. As a matter of tradition, each Armoured Regiment has its own "Colonel of the Regiment", a honorary post for a senior officer who oversees the regimental issues concerning the unit.

Russian Red Army Choir - "Oh, You Rye" ("Ой, ты рожь"). The Red Army Choir (Choir Aleksandrov) is a performing ensemble that serves as the official army choir of the Russian armed forces. The ensemble consists of a male choir, an orchestra, and a dance ensemble. The songs they perform range from Russian folk tunes to church hymns, operatic arias and popular music; examples include The Volga Boatmen's Song, Katyusha, Kalinka, Kernina and Ave Maria.
