The house is a small one bedroom home perfect for a couple, it has a large open planned entrance/kitchen/diner, and a separate lounge, upstairs is the bathroom, and bedroom, in the basement you have a laundry room, which can be used for anything you like, and the garage leads into here too. Outside there is a large pond with waterfall and fountains, and swimming pool, also a seating and BBQ area, and lastly a Hot Tub.
